Botox – The original neurotoxin for cosmetic use. Uses its unique carrier protein to improve lines and wrinkles, takes effect in 2-7 days and lasts 2 to 4 months.
Dysport – Similar action as Botox except its unique carrier protein has faster binding and wider diffusion characteristics. Best for the more mature or hard to smooth patients, takes effect in 2-4 days lasts 3 to 4 months.
Juveau – Newest Neurotoxin, tends to have a lighter effect. Good for the younger patient or someone who wants a mild effect. Takes effect in 2-7 days and lasts 2-4 months.
